My electric vehicle was still within warranty for mileage and year. Battery lost half its capacity within the last 6 months. Ford wont replace the battery. I DO NOT recommend Ford electric vehicles. They wont stand behind their warranty.

This is for the service supervisor (Allison) The Techs (Nate) & mechanics did an awesome job. So I had car trouble (2018 Ford Focus) during my visit from out of state. We made an appointment online, but were informed upon arrival, that they no longer take online appointment (it's apparently been a problem they've been working on for months)... Obviously we were disappointed...as I worked it out with the Tech (Nate), my father went to have words with the supervisor (Allison)... As I'm nearly finished giving my information to Nate, my father returns... With the service supervisor following (charging behind him)... She then proceeds to talk down to us and threaten us with NO service. Until I stepped in and informed her, I was the actual paying customer, and kindly told her Nate was handling this transaction. As a service supervisor, she should know how to deescalate issues, not inflame them. End of story... I did end up trading in my 2018 Focus for a 2021 EcoSport... Had a wonderful experience with Sales (Landon)...did a separate review on that experience.
