What did we do that you think was worst customer service? You took a week to bring us the onsie and you come to the shop before were open and as soon as we got there we got it done for you. Piss poor planning on your part shouldnt be blamed on us. We have been in business longer youve been alive so I think were ok.

Worst customer service iv ever come across. Came across town the other day to find unhelpful bitter people who will be out of business soon if they keep conducting themselves like this.

You coming in our Shop smelling like marajuana and acting like youve been smoking it all day and having nothing prepared. You had no art had no size and you expect us to treat you with respect. Not gonna happen. Was not going to do any work before getting paid due to it being a custom job. Glad you found somebody to help You.

Terrible customer service & even worse attitude. Went in to get some labels & design done for a product some business associates wanted to physically showcase so they could get investors at a meeting. Went in a few weeks in advance to get it sorted but didnt have the jar so they didnt want to move on designing it when they could have just resized it but i gave them the benefit of the doubt & waited for the jars to come in. Once they did i went straight over to leave it with them & he kept trying to get me to pay in cash but i wanted an invoice for my records so i just left my email & told him to send me one. Two days passed & i had to reach out & ask if he had gotten to the design specifics i sent & to my invoice so i could pay it i figured thats why they were dragging cause i hadnt paid. He said he hadnt but he would get to it. Another few days pass & at this point the meeting is in two days. I was fed up so i showed up to collect the jar so that i could get it done else where. I said that i needed the jar & he said you dont want me to do it anymore? & i said thats ok i had already been waiting days & hadnt even seen an invoice to which he said i dont like to charge people for work i havent done when again, he kept trying to get me to pay in cash initially. He handed me the jar & i just laughed at the irony & he started forcing a laugh behind me as i was walking out, the old man was very passive aggressively mad hah. I ended up going to Fast Signs. The prices are incredible, their communication couldnt be any better & i just overall felt like they actually wanted to help me. Oh & they had it done by the next morning. Youre wasting your time if you come here.

Store hours say 11-5 on Sunday, got there at 3:30 to a closed sign. I called and the manager just tells me "oh, after 3, the game is on so it gets dead, so we closed." No hours posted, and all he told people was "open at 11." Drove 30 minutes across town to find a locked door!
