Disgusting service took advantage of my 67 year old father charged him over 200 to save his old computer that had failed when all they done was replaced his PC with a second hand filthy old HP and put his old hard drive in a caddy slot. He cant access any emails or anything lied to by front shop and the tech expert who is a man of mystery lies through his teeth then puts phone down on you. Keep well clear I will be contacting trading standards as not the proper way to deal with vulnerable customers
