Thank you, David. My husband Brian and I are the owners and it is indeed unfortunate that my husband's heart transplant on Saturday morning and previous end stage heart failure has lead us to closing this location. We do still have another location at 9627 W 87th Street in Overland Park and we are working diligently to keep our little mom and pop business open, which is largely reliant on positive reviews. We are doing our best here while living at a hospital and hope you'll find some kindness in your heart to remove this review considering our extremely unfortunate circumstances.

Store hours are posted as 10 to 6 everyday but Sunday it is Tuesday I drove 40 miles to buy supplements at the store and the door is locked the time is 1:29 in the afternoon

I'm so sorry you were unhappy Cynthia! We provide free samples so you always go home with a product you love. Our employee was just following policy on open, partially used products. That being said I've never had a single complaint about the pain cream. Its typically one of our most loved products! If you want to bring it in and exchange it for something else we'd be more than happy to help you find something that works for you. We have a huge selection so I'm sure we can find you something that works for you!

Employee was pleasant but did not stand behind product. No return policy even for a different product. Per owner you can not return at all Did not want money back but it didnt matter. I will not return to store. I had been purchasing since they open in Overland Park. I had never been told that if the product didnt work I couldnt return. Product is too expensive not to work. Nice people but poor policy

Absolutely spectacular experience! I was able to get all of my questions answered specifically and would not think of going anywhere else. I recently had an eye injury and went in for anxiety relief not knowing that the pain one could possibly help my eye. I have not been able to clearly see in the sun for the past week and can now comfortably walk outside with out my sunglasses on! Absolutely stellar customer service and the product is equally as great. Thank you all! I will definitely be spreading a positive word! - Taylor

Taylor, Thank you for pointing out everything we are NOT. Our staff are known for being very friendly and compassionate. Every one of them have obtained certification in CBD so they're all educated. As a matter of fact, we had a CBD Education Night Saturday. Sounds like you could have benefited. Unlike you they are all also educated on Kansas law. Our product selection is actually the largest in the city and last but not least, we have lab results with every single batch. As a matter of fact, you can go to our website and match batch numbers to the lab results. You're clearly a competitor and decided to come in and start an argument about Kansas law just so you had some material to leave a fictitious review. Surely you don't actually believe you can have THC in Kansas. If you do, than I suggest you use Google in the future to research laws instead of leaving reviews that reflect zero facts.

Walking in it's very nice looking. Then you get to the staff. They are incredibly rude if you try to question their product in anyway. I was yelled at inappropriately for simply asking about their limited selection. I am aware of Kansas law where as they seem to not. It's frustrating trying to find a quality product only to be met with rudeness and negativity. I would recommend doing more research before coming to a shop that won't even show you their lab reports. You really don't know what's in their product. That's a red flag for me.
