We asked for a quote and when our person showed up, we explained IN GREAT DETAIL what our plan was. He didn't offer any suggestions or improvements to our plan and wanted $500 to draw what we just explained and walked through. I'm all about paying people for their work, but seems aggressive to ask for money before you've even provided any value. My 4th grader could've drawn the plan after my long walk through. I'm thankful we did not move forward with this company. Yes, it was 10 months ago. I was not given an on-site estimate. I’m hoping this review helps others that are looking for work. We finished our massive project with a great contractor that finished with ease and top notch professionalism.
