Very difficult to work with. They took a simple granite job and made it extremely difficult to complete. It appears they lack confidence and skill to measure properly (even a simple cutout). I worked with two other Granite suppliers in the area who have the experience, knowledge, confidence and skill to do the job. I cancelled the order with this company called another supplier and they immediately understood and provided enough expertise and displayed confidence during the phone conversation to get the job. It was very fortunate at 5:00pm this other company was able to come take over the job and template it the very next day keeping me on the same schedule. Do what you want but I recommend you check out granite suppliers in the Winston Salem-Kernersville area who seem to have much more experience and skill-set.
