I spoke with Kat on the phone and set up an appointment to have her come out for a consultation. I had to cancel the appointment (5 days in advance) and she billed me a $25 cancellation fee! There is no mention of this fee anywhere on her materials and I think it is poor business practice. She is all about the money. Stay away!
