They ruined over $1200 worth of merchandise when their screen print ink washed off in the first wash. They promised to refund me for the shirts and screen printing. I've called and stopped by multiple times because they never bother to update me themselves. Every time I've stopped by they tell me they'll call the owner (who apparently is never at the shop or available on the phone) and get it sorted out that day. It's now been two months and I haven't received any sort of update or refund. My only tip: avoid them like the plague because they don't stand by their work and their professionalism and communication skills are non-existent.
I have been disappointed with working with this business twice. I ordered t-shirts and hoodies for an organization I belong to. Both years I worked with this company we had problems. The first year, there were missing a few shirts from the order when counting them out in the lobby. The company said they would create the missing shirts and call when ready. After a significant amount of time waiting, we contacted them again, only for them to tell us the screens had been washed out, and they could not burn another screen for a few missing shirts. So people who ordered did not receive their items, but got a refund instead. Not the greatest experience, but mistakes happen. I decided to give them one more shot the next year, and had nothing but issues. To start with, the image that was approved by them for printing was missing a white outline under the black text, and it was going on a dark green shirt, so the text cannot be read on the shirt. The outline was in the original artwork given. Since the proof they provide is on a white background, there is no way for a customer to tell this is an issue. When I arrived to pick up the t-shirts and hoodies, all of the hoodies were the wrong color and a shirt was missing the white base outline color altogether. Instead of immediately offering to make it right, they suggested that I ask the people who ordered if they would just take the wrong colors. When I said no, they did finally print them on the correct color, but by that point they were extremely late. No discount was offered to make up for the mistake. To top it all off, the shirt that was incorrect, was never replaced, and when I emailed my contact there several times about it, the email was ignored. Awful customer experience, and will not ever give them my business again. Shame on me for giving them a second shot. I should have known better.
Image outfitters was excellent! They helped us build our logo for our new business and was very patient and helpful with ideas of their own! Laurie the secretary could not be any better of an employee, plus they got everything done in such a fast but perfect manor. Thank you guys we appreciate it!
I've been doing business with Image Outfitters for about 4 years now since my time as an Undergrad at the University of South Florida. I've seen the growth and evolution of this company. In all honesty, they provide some of the best customer service in Tampa. Friendly and very helpful, their commitment to customer service has kept me spending my dollars with them. The quality and range of products they offer are excellent. They took me through a step by step process of purchasing their shirts with awesome printing capabilities, from heat printing to screen printing. Everything from shirts, hats, banners, stickers, everything is top notch quality. I've referred my friends to them as well and all of them had a great experiences. The team has been very flexible and accommodating as I started my fitness apparel brand called Progressively Getting Better. Overall, excellent. Give em a call for your printing needs! :)
