If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the worst place I've ever lived in. The insulation between floors is so bad that you will hear every step of your upstairs neighbor, every cabinet they open/close etc... I've brought this issue up with management since the beginning and nothing is done, because most likely nothing can be done about a bad building. If you're looking to move here, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. When my lease is up I'm moving out. Edit: In response to the comment below. I've spoken with management many many many times about this issue and it has not changed anything. Future renters beware.

Great beautiful community! Everyone is very friendly. The grounds are well kept. The agents in the office are also extremely helpful.

This classically modern designed apartment community is true to its name of Eastview which has stunning panoramic roof top views of Downtown Los Angeles that are managed by top notch community director, Betty Rodriguez. The community will draw you in with all the amenities from social gatherings to personal trainers which Sara, the community leasing agent has impeccable knowledge of the units unique designs as well as near-by activities. This is the community if you are looking for a manager that treats you with respect, compassion, understanding and above all like family. These ladies are not only providing an upscale community but a lifestyle. Michael, maintenance supervisor is the kind of person that shares the love for this community as it shows in his work. This team is by design and unique to this community. As I leave this review to memorialize my experience during my stay with Betty, Sara and Michael that I have personally shared my gratitude during the last 24 months and is to also share and testify with fellow and future residents.

Updated: I increased the review by 2 stars because Azzaria the new property manager is nice and helpful. She is always polite and kind when I see her and she has definitely gotten things moving since taking over. Still, any issues are still really slow to get fixed and you have to follow up a lot, but she is far better than the prior property manager/team that I got started off on the wrong foot with. After about a month, Im still waiting for my hot water delay to get fixed. Im hoping after this finally gets resolved that I wont have any other issues.
