Sorry Sydney, but you did not follow our procedures. Our company is not a Best Buy or an Amazon. Our policy says to please contact us or put in a cart before buying. We help SMB's, Fortune 100, Schools, Government, Non-Profits etc... Save Thousands to Hundreds of Thousands over time. We do serve the general public but it is not our specialty. Your credit card was not charged. Writing negative reviews when you are in the wrong is very unfair. For those reading this review, please follow our policy so we can best help you get the products you need at great savings. We have plenty of GREAT references should you require them. We give customers (businesses / schools etc...) that qualify, Net 30 so there is no risk on your end. Thanks and Sorry Again.

Experienced very negative customer service after I received a pending charge for an order that did not go through. I was told it was my error, amongst many other things. The website and ordering system seem to have been made in early 2000s. You cannot simply buy a product that is listed, but apparently have to go through some secret system of ordering where you save an item in your cart, and then they email you if it's available (???). Don't waste your time or money, go through Best Buy or Amazon.
I have been working with NEBuMAX for quite some time, and I always find them to be very responsive and helpful. Their prices are also very competitive. As an IT professional that works with a lot of resellers and manufacturers, NEBuMAX has been a very reliable resource for me.
