I went to the arena training center for six months and it was the best. They really make you work and sweat. Great place.

Was able to get the best instruction and make real progress both mentally and physically. This place has a great atmosphere and awesome instructors.

We LOVE Arena!!! Our whole family trains here and has for about 8 years now. It has become a home away from home for us and we couldnt be happier to be apart of such a wonderful community.

This place has become a second home for me even though work prevents me from attending as often as I would like. All the staff here are friendly, competent, and worthy of your trust. They provide services for veterans and a supportive environment for women to train self defense in. I highly recommend checking them out and dropping by for a class!
