Told me they would look at it the same day I dropped it off, before I leave in case it just needs cleaning, because, I'm from out of state..I only come to Vegas every few months.. Told me also to let them know when I'm coming into town the next time to have it ready.. None of these were done.. And, to top it off they put a sticker from their business on my machines to "remind me where I went." If I wanted a sticker on my machine, I'd have took it to a vinyl shop! If your gonna tell me what your gonna do and don't do it, I can't trust you. Plain and simple. Took 6 weeks to clean and replace a bobbin holder.. they seemed to be really busy when I dropped them off. I get that family was in the store. But no personable service when I picked up the machines. Didn't have a care in the world that I drove in from out of state just for them. geeze
