Dear Christina, You are right. Today was a hot day. The temperatures have been in the high 90's for the past several days. As a matter of fact, I just checked the temperature and it was 99 degrees today. We work really hard to give our customers a good experience. We are just sorry you didn’t discuss this with a manager. Our employees understand that on really hot days our air conditioner is working overtime.
