I’m a Director of Fashion Design at a New York company and work remotely from Chattanooga part of the year. I’ve shopped in the store a couple of times and have been disappointed with awkward customer/sales service each time. I find the buying and marketing for the store is very exclusive; it seems it’s only marketed toward a very specific customer (white ((all the social is on blonde white girls)) and/or slim/tween fit) which is disappointing considering the dynamic cultural population in Chattanooga. I also think the return policy lacks flexibility (7 days or no return/exchange). In today’s climate, we’re still up against COVID surges (and quarantining) and holiday travels. Most brands and boutiques offer minimum 14 days year round *and 31+ days during holiday shopping*. And I’d be remiss not to mention, their “designer” product authenticity is questionable. The shop isn’t very progressive, cultural or customer centric which is a miss. I think there’s some work to be done here.
