Had a package that needed to be mailed anonymously... I explained that to them & they said no problem... so when they get their package.. guess what!!! My full name & address was right on the box! Ruined a lot for me, it was very important that they not know where the package came from. Not happy. Especially since it cost me $30 to mail it.

Heather, I am sorry that you had a long wait in our store. We have been short staffed since Covid started. We cut our hours to try and keep staffing at a manageable level, however we have still been short staffed due to Covid and lack of applications. We hope in the next month or so our staffing will finally be back to a reasonable level.

Was in today like every day. I mail alot. They are always courteous and helpful. However when a disgruntled demanding customer holds up the line for 20+ minutes is crazy. They need more staffing. I would never work alone in a store. I felt worse for him DOING HIS BEST than the impatient line of people.
