Very poor communication and service, ripp off. Pirates and Ambulance chasers. Charged 40k for my 80k compensation. Scammed me out of an extra 5k for a fake insurance even though it didnt even though it was not a court amongst other things Passed my stuff to the SRa who are helping me. I would encourage all others to do the same. Fraudsters need exposing!!!!!!!!

Do not dare to enquire then change your mind as this company has done nothing but pester me for months since i changed my mind to go ahead about a pension claim. Ive even blocked their number but still they ring everyday.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to here were very professional and knowledgeable. I was heartbroken when I found out Ethical Forestry had stolen my investment but APJ helped me get justice and my money back. APJ looked into a PPI claim for which has previously been unable to locate with other companies - very fast process and easy to deal of course there is a fee to pay but this is reasonable when you didn't expect to get any money back !

I am always wary where there are several 5 star reviews and then few with one star; always read those ones first. It is probably very easy to find friends and family to write nice things to boost your ratings, but the real indicators of the service and competancy levels are those who are not so easily satisifed - possibly because they are the real clients? Anyway after several years of getting nowhere, despite repeated requests to send me information of what they doing in my name, i have received nothing - apart from a couple of recent letters suggesting that they are buying insurance on my account (without my authority) in order to protect their fees. I have nothing to recommend about this firm.
