Ordered with a 1-2 week lead time. After 2 weeks with no communication, I called to review my order. The person who answered the phone said the person who deals with orders wasn’t available, took my info and said they would call me. The next day, I hadn’t heard anything so I call again and get the same response. I finally received an email stating my ship date is March 31st. March 31st comes and no contact, or shipping info. I sent an email, no response. Having to dispute with credit card company.
