Design Collective Floral has the most amazing customer service. I called from out of state after hours to order flowers for a funeral service I thought was the next day! Jim promised a beautiful arrangement would be delivered on time. Well, turns out I was a week early. Jim researched obits in the area, called and said he would ensure the deliver was made next week! Wow! Some businesses would not have gone out of there way like he did! So...anyone needing flowers in the Grand Rapids area....give Design Collective a call! Thank you!
