My experience at the Summit Location of this store was horrifying. If there were an option for “no stars” that’s what I would have selected. I was followed around the store and upon exiting, the assistant manager proceeded to follow me into another retail establishment and accused me of stealing a ring. I was horrified, embarrassed, and upset. The assistant manager never apologized for the false accusations and I’ll never set foot in this establishment again. Perhaps sensitivity training as well as treating all customers with the same quality of respect is something that this company will invest in for their employees in the future. As for me, I won’t be sticking around to find out.
