Im sure this is a great establishment, family recommended to me. If you dont show up to your appointment, they will charge you $25 and threaten to report it to the credit bureau if you dont pay it. I got in a car accident beforehand, life was too busy that I accidentally forgot about my appointment. They literally did not care. Unnecessary charge for something so minor.

Anthony, I'm really sorry (and surprised) to hear that you had challenges in dealing with our staff. Great Doctor. Office staff seems disorganized and our appointment was changed twice and we were given the doctor we made an appointment with.

I had terrible experience with contacts that caused extreme pain in my left eye. The optometrist that I normally go to wasn't open until later in the day. I called Brookside and some with Cheyanne. She was very professional and thorough with questions because that was their protocol. She even helped double check my insurance so I didn't need to pay out of pocket, beside copay. My eye was swollen and really needed to see a doctor. The earliest I could come in was noon, but I couldn't wait. Dr. Hsu end up giving me a call back and asked about my condition. She made time to see me at 915am, which was amazing. I end up having corneal abrasion and was prescribed antibiotics. I just wanted to thank the staff and Doctor for tending to my vision care. Most likely be switching to Brookside when it's time for my vision exam.
