Dear Airin, We attempted to reach you, but were unsuccessful. We regret to hear you feel this way and understand your frustrations are regarding move out charges/fees/bills. For clarification, the charges are for a mailbox key that was not among those turned in upon move out, final utilities billing and fees related to moving out late/after your lease expired. The charges are currently still outstanding/past due. Do not move anywhere in DTN community! I moved out on time and not theyre charging me over $400 because the did not do inventory on keys the day I moved out! And theyre saying I did not turn in a key that I did. I made an appeal and the manager told me they only do that because its Michigan law, but not investigation was made. Their response is inaccurate. They did not try to contact me, I turned my mailbox key in, and I did not move out late. Dont move here. I talked to corporate multiple times and she was obviously charging me out of spite. Did not accept my dispute because she never intended to.

Hello Jessica, and thank you for letting us know about your concern. After reviewing your file, we see that you have a registered parking permit and addendum for North Pointe. This addendum covers the parking requirements and guidelines for North Pointe. Notices were posted at our Community, as a reminder about those rules covered in the addendum as we have found a few instances of residents being unable to find a parking spot due to unauthorized vehicles. While we are not able to offer your guest parking, we can share resources we know are available to you and your guest! Located on the City of East Lansing website, under Form Center, you will find the option to request over night guest parking with the City of East Lansing. We do see that two of the directly neighboring streets offer guest parking through this service. Please contact our leasing office to discuss any further concerns- we are happy to help! Our team looks forward to the opportunity to speak with you.

This is DTN owned so as can be expected the quality of the apartment is low. However the newest shock for me is that they do not allow guest parking. At all. I noticed a sign put up in a common area that cars without parking stickers would be towed, so I inquired about guest parking. I was told that my guests should park at a nearby church... That's certainly not legal, especially in East Lansing.

Super spacious and tons of parking. I've never had a question that the leasing office couldn't answer and maintenance staff is always really helpful.

We moved into Northpointe in the middle of May. Its only been a month but we absolutely LOVE living here! The apartment is nice, its simple and cozy! Perfect for two people, quiet residents, friendly neighbors! Almost everyone in A building has a cat, so thats a definite plus! Aside from the apartment, maintenance is very helpful and responsive. We havent had to wait more than a day for maintenance to come by and they were able to fix our minor issues! Office workers are very friendly, shout out to Bailey for helping us get settled and answering all of our questions! All in all, a great place to live. We definitely plan on staying for a while!
