Yana, I was so very sorry to see this review. It makes my heart heavy when I learn of a family that has had extra stress put on them during their time of grief. We strive to provide care, support, concern, and direction to all of our families as they grieve and celebrate their loved one. After trying to work with the young man you spoke about and help him better serve families, we unfortunately had to part ways with him. He no longer is employed by our funeral home and we do hope the best for him. Please know that we hear you and are sorry that the experience wasn't a good one. This funeral home was Very rude to us. As we were at the funeral home. And at the grave. The young guy needs to Quit and let some one else take over. We will never use this funeral home again. .

Reins assisted our family when our Daddy died and again when our sweet sister Carla died. The staff did an excellent job and were very helpful when our hearts were broken. We didn't have to worry about anything.
We have had many unfortunate losses in our family, they have ALWAYS been more than courteous & helpful in these situations. The service is always top notch, and they are so sweet in the worst times of your life. We recently lost our grandmother, and the service was so beautiful, they arranged the flowers so beautifully and did everything they could to make us comfortable and keep our minds on the memories instead of the service and hassle of everything. We are so grateful for them every single time!
