We asked you before we scheduled service if you had checked your venting. We do that every time! It literally says in the job ticket "it's drying slow i already checked the vent"! There is no way to know beforehand if the issue is in your dryer or your venting. We only charged you the service call and did a quick check on your dryer as well. There is no professional appliance service company that I am aware of that also does vent cleaning it is a completely different business. We also referred you to a good company that does household dryer vent cleaning they are the experts at that. We did nothing wrong, incorrect or unethical. Sorry you are not happy we only charged you our expenses. And yes all of our technicians are nice and professional and ethical thank you for that.
