It seems that you are misinformed and assuming that we make everything that is offered in our store. That is simply not the case. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service and a great customer experience. That does not involve putting our customers at risk of legal trouble. Your review makes assumptions and accusations without the knowledge of the internal operations of our business. We are a retailer of many OFFICIALLY LICENSED products! We offer products that are customizable (with limitations) and several other items that are not customizable. We offer products with sports logos and brand logos that do not violate any trademark laws! With respect to licensing rights, we work with several vendors (Rico, Siskiyou, Wincraft, Autgold, to name a few). We do also offer graphic design services. We print photos, text, business logos and custom designs on some of our products. If a customer asks for a design that we do not have the licensing rights to then we cant print it but we can order it :). Feel free to contact us via email with any specific concerns.

Be careful if you purchase anything here with a sports team, music artist, brand, etc. This store does not have licensing rights and the merchandise you buy violates trademark and copyright laws. You can end up in legal trouble -even as the buyer.

Custom creations is ALWAYS my go to when I need anything customized or special. Every birthday holiday or moment they make great for my loved ones. All staff are always so welcoming and patient. They go above and beyond to make sure you love your product. I recently did a last minute order over the phone and e-mail. And of course it was done perfect and right on time!!! Love this store! They went above and beyond to design and create custom canvases of our wedding photos, which we gifted to our entire wedding part. Great quality and fast turn around. The owner created this t-shirt on the spot for my dad - his new favorite! Will definitely be back.
