Anders Serrano, we understand that you are frustrated with how much it was to repair your vehicle. We performed exactly what you had requested and listed on the initial repair order that you wanted a complete checkout of the vehicle and the list of items you identified were concerns. Our technician performed a computer scan, and complete visual examination of your vehicle both under the hood and under your vehicle. Our technician spent over 2 hours going over your vehicle. We explained there would be a checkout fee and in your case with all the items it would be more than usual. We explained up front to look at and diagnose your vehicle does cost a fee. This is true for every car repair shop. I personally called you and explained everything we found and the cost for each item needing to be repaired. You declined all repairs and that’s fine but were told there would be a checkout fee and that fee would be credited toward any repairs you decided to have us do should you bring the car back. We even notated this on your invoice that we were going to credit back the amount of the diagnosis if you brought the vehicle back for the repairs to help you out. We do not work for free and there was worked performed on your vehicle for doing the diagnosis. Our technician had your vehicle in his bay and in the air on the rack to completely examine your vehicle. You have also enlisted your friends, which none of the posts six in total even live in the US, to write negative reviews as none of them have ever been to our facility before including your favorite Hispanic Hamburger restaurant located in Columbia, Hamburgueseria Zeta, with a Columbian phone number. Your have some major issues that need to be addressed with fixing your vehicle and hope you are able to afford them in the future. We did everything you asked us to do were even willing to give you a credit that most car repair facilities will not do toward the repair your vehicle needs.
