Hi Rasha, I'm sorry you feel I was rude however, your one sheet of printing which is 10p which we provide as a service even though it takes us away from our real commercial printing work which you did not wish to wait for is probably not worth being spoken to the way you did to me. Please consider who was actually rude, I said I was going as quickly as I could as outlook had frozen and that if you didn't wish to wait that was fine.

The worst and the most rude service ever! I only asked how long my print gonna take the man told me it takes long enough that you should just go out, simply told me he wont do my print and kinda kicked me out Unbelievably rude and horrible experience

Hi Sebastian, we are a small business and this morning I had to go to a suppliers before we opened which meant that we were late opening. I have had to take some painkillers this morning as I was in some pain which I am sorry has obviously caused you some distress. When you arrived initially we had barely switched the lights on so we were still in the process of opening up which is why we requested you return in 20 minutes. We print documents as a service to the community as not everyone has a home printer, this service takes quite a bit of our time up for what is a nominal charge and we cannot make a wage from it. Thanks for your review we will now have to consider stopping this valuable community service!

The shop opens at 10:30, i came at 11:00 and was told to wait even 20 more minutes. I come from a far and i needed to wait until 11:20 to be served, almost 1 hour later (and its the second time it happens, i have came before and been told to return later for xyz reason) And secondly i asked you if you sent all of those files i needed. After two emails i called the surgery snd they only had 5 pages, while what i had in hand was 7, so in fact you missed a document i think, again. I needed to go give them by hand to the gp instead. And thirdly, you seemed tired, distressed, and not attentive at all. I dont know what happened but you just opened and it didn't strike me as professional. Nothing against you im sure youre a great person snd all but considering all of the reasons above i decided on a 1 star.

Hi George, we have recently had some very bad water damage from the upstairs flat and the smell is the damp from this, We do have air fresheners to help but given the amount that came through the ceiling it is a work in progress. I already apologised to you for the dog jumping at you which has never happened before and you are well aware I was mortified she is just excitable not dangerous at all. Please accept my genuine apology once again.

Be warned!! The place smells awful and their huge dog come charging at me through the side counter when I entered the shop. It almost knocked me over and was jumping at me and barking in my face and it ended up clawing my legs. I had to tell the owner to sort his dog out. What if a kid came in!! Very dangerous and unprofessional
