I have been waiting for an answer from them for about a month already. They came to my unit, I paid for a service call and they left with out fixing the dishwasher or even giving me an update. I have called and emailed them but never got a response
Terrible customer service. We call them almost 3 months ago as we needed to service and repair some Miele appliances. They showed up weeks later, someone came and said we needed to buy some parts so we did, took them again a few weeks to come back, and finally they didn't fix the appliances. The person in their office was hard to get ahold of over the phone and always said ... we will call you back... never happened. Finally we connected with Miele corp and they came and fix our appliances and told us that we didnt need the parts that La Cuisine made us buy. If you need Miele services connect directly with Miele Corp.
The cream Smeg coffeemakers where out of stock on Amazon, thus I started looking online and found it here; they shipped timely, I love this coffeemaker, one more for my collection.
