Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the auction process, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Firstly, we would like to clarify that some of the fees you mentioned are determined by the seller and included in the legal pack for each property. We prioritise providing transparency regarding potential additional costs and emphasise the importance of reviewing the legal pack before placing a bid, as highlighted in the property description you refer to. This information is designed to help buyers make informed decisions, and we regret any confusion you may have experienced. We understand that purchasing property involves significant financial considerations. Our intention is to ensure that all potential buyers are well-informed about the costs associated with a property before entering into the auction process. We feel it is also essential to address your use of offensive and discriminatory language in your review. We take such matters seriously and do not condone racism or discrimination. We have reported this to the appropriate channels and hope the post will be reviewed. If you have any further questions or concerns, please get in touch with our customer service team. We value your feedback and are committed to continuously improving our services.

All truth is not stated in the description until you download the packs, so, first of all, I read a " property" is subject to auctioneer fees of 1500, I thought land is not property ( namely a house but not land),but then to my suprize I went onto the said land page and found out it actually is 1500 pounds plus 900 pounds extra for the auctioneer LOL THEN I downloaded more legal packs and found out if you bid for it you actually have to pay 4k LEGAL FEES for the person selling it to you as well as all the auctioneer fees ( 2.4k), that was not stated in decription at all!! You could only find that after downloading legal pack! The plot valued at 2k makes the fees already 3-4 times higher than the plot itself, a house deposit in a small town, what a total rip off and a waste of time!!, I'm a first-time buyer and I just wanted to buy some land, typical shady third world country operated place and all "businessmen" with no moral compass. My parents are dying and have roughly 5k available and I just wanted to purchase somewhere to build a house or put down a caravan and live without paying as much for a house deposit, but guess what, with these fees, only rich people get a chance at that, my parents wanted to lend me 5k but that obviously is going to be not enough for that fees and clown show. You are selling over 150 things a day, you should charge the person a max of maybe 200-500 at which you would still make a decent profit and open up your auction to a wider audience, which you guys clearly don't care about since there probably a bunch of rich people at the door. Ps.2. you need to authorize a 6.5k deposit before you can bid unless you show up in person ( checked and the auction was not available in person only online) , plus by what it looks like from the comments they steal your deposit if the transaction doesn't go trough, namely if you for example don't read the legal pack and there's like 10k extra fees or debts on the property not only you won't even get the paper for it but you will lose your 6.5k. If you wanna register to 150 properties bidding you gotta have a million pounds authorised 150 times 6.5k each. Just a money grabbing auction house, I'd recommend to not go at all and let them go bankrupt so a better one can open with lower fees and less leeches. Very shady! Edit to the answer of the owner; You want to be as transparent as possible? Then include all charges in the description , and also lower the fees! Some people join last minute and that should be the bare minimum rich mrs/mr Bentley!

Hello Laura, we are very sorry that you had a stressful time yesterday, particularly when you feel you were not dealt with appropriately by our team. Our director contacted you late last night in response to the situation. Our legal obligations mean that we can only release keys once we have received notification from the seller's solicitor, which we received at 4 pm yesterday, resulting in the late handover. Please be assured that we will review our processes and examine how we can prevent this type of situation from happening in the future.

If i could give this company 0 stars i would. The treatment i have received today off members of staff is disgusting. I was firstly lied to on the exchange of a contract when i purchased a property today (wed). i was told i would have to wait till Fri till i get the keys to a property i now own! I was called 20 mins later to say it had now been exchanged but have to wait till 9pm to get the keys. (The contract exchanged at 12pm) I was then spoken very rudely to and asked what 'my problem was with getting the keys at 9pm, at least they aren't in London'. Through out the calls i had with him he was was very abrupt, rude and used bullying tactics. My solicitors gave this person 2 deadlines to hand the keys over amd both times failed. the time is now 9.15 and i still have NO keys to the property i own. I wouldn't recommend buying a property off this company to anyone.
