Despite the situation being a major bummer (a Macbook Pro with an expanding battery that was ruining the entire top case), the experience of working with Crywolf was fantastic! Lauren, Gale, and Nancy were three of the kindest, most helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a repair type situation. They were honest, understanding, upfront about all work and pricing and made the entire process painless and manageable! ALSO, despite being very backed up with repair work, they had my fix completed at least a half a week ahead of schedule! Apple certified, convenient and honest! Go here...you wont be disappointed!
