We had a t-shirt made for my sons 2nd birthday. The girl who normally makes shirts for me told me that day she wasn't able to make our shirt this time so I started calling around. I called and asked if it could be done in 2 days because we were going out of town and they said yes. On the phone the younger gentleman (very nice) said the shirt I was requesting needed to be done on a white shirt which I was fine with. When I got in the store they suggested gray. When I asked if it would look ok they said yes. So I went with grey. The image ended up being see through and the heathering is visible through the image. The writing is too big for the image and the shirt doesn't look visually balanced. The image and the writing are different in that, one is matte and the other is shiny. Just a very low average shirt. I expected someone to design it with some better design skills as their own t-shirts look good. The shirt was NOT ready in two days. When I called to check on it on the day it was due to be ready the older gentleman grumpily replied "we'll call when it's ready". I had to run and pick it up before we headed out of town which I was trying to avoid the last minute craziness. I was excited about a new place to have t-shirts because I have a lot made but I'm not sure if I will return if I can't preview the designs. The shirt cost $25 and looks like a shirt you have made at a theme park. We will use it for his birthday because we are out of time but probably will not be wearing it again as it's just too cheesy. I think they could do better but probably just rushed it. If that was my product I would have made sure it looked more professional.
