THESE GUYS ARE NOTHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY THIEVES . ITS ALL ABOUT THE DOLLAR .FORGET GOING TO SERVICE HAD ARE JEEP THERE FOR 2 SERVICE VISITS THAT LASTED A MONTH. SPENT OVER 850.00 ON REPAIRS THAT ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY ( WHICH SEEMS TO BE NOTHING) THE END RESULT A RUSTED WIRE ON THE STARTER I DONT KNOW HOW THEY MISSED THAT AS THEY REPLACED THE STARTER CALLED THERE MAIN OFFICE TO CANCEL WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACT NUMEROUS TIMES AND AS OF 1/17/2013 IM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK WELL COME THIS SAT 01/20/2013 I WILL BE THERE IN PERSON STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AND THERE OTHER COMPANY IN RAMSEY

I went down here to purchase a used truck. Sales person never called me to let me know if I was approved or not. After 2 weeks of not knowing what happened I went down to the dealer to get my 500 dollar deposit back. The sales person then told me that I was approved for the truck. I did not want it anymore so I asked for my deposit back. When I gave them the deposit I gave them 400 cash and 100 on my debit card. They took almost 2 months to refund me 400 dollars. Now we are going on 4 months waiting for the 100 on the debit card. I have been down there (30 minute ride one way) at least 15 times. Every time I go down there I am told that the money will be in my bank account on the next day, which it never is. Now I have to go down there again tomorrow to be lied to again.

Everyone at ROUTE 4 Dodge Jeep of Paramus was wonderful, from the sales person to the finance department. I've purchased the new Dodge Durango and I have never received such excellent service. Maurice Waldo was my sales person, and he was by far the best sales person ever worked with. He was so friendly and professional, and his knowledge of the vehicles were outstanding! They made it such a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone. I will NEVER buy a car from another dealership!

Went to take a truck for a test drive, lost 40 minutes of my time providing unnecessary information to a nasty salesman, and never actually got to drive the car, because they could not move ONE car to get the truck out!!!
