My husband ordered flowers to be delivered on Feb 13th to avoid the rush of Valentine's day. I did not receive my flowers. When we called them, it was such a hassle, including being on the phone over an hour. The flowers were then sent the next day but without the bear that was ordered. The bear arrived today, looking like it was suffocated in a body bag. For all the trouble we went through, you would think they would have put more effort into rectifying the situation, decorated the bear a bit nicer or thrown in a balloon for all the trouble. We will NEVER work with Floral Boutique on SPID ever again, and I will let people know about our terrible experiences. Bad business.
