I inquired about the services yet no callback or follow-up. Awful service
We're sorry we weren't able to get back to you, it was a busy time and while we wanted to meet with you, we were not both available to do so as early as you wanted. In part, this was a misunderstanding because the holiday was in between and it messed up our schedules and the work we had to do with ongoing clients was hectic given the recent Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales. We do want more clients and we did want to work with you. We're sorry if you felt we wasted your time, we like to get to know businesses before we meet with them to see if they know how much they need to invest in marketing and to understand their business needs and goals. We appreciate you taking the time to talk to us and please forgive us for not getting back to you with a time to meet. We hope we can make amends, but we understand if you're over it. Thanks again, and we apologize for the lack of attention. We usually do give a lot of attention, and usually go above and beyond with all our clients and that is why we have really great reviews.

The owners never got back to me after wasting an hour of my time. If you know you don't want my business, then let me know instead of insinuating that you're willing to market my business. Update: I'm deeply disappointed by the way this situation was handled by both you (Vania) and Daniel. We spoke a month ago and there was never any initial follow up. Telling me that you're "sorry I felt that I had to do that" is lacking any culpability and failing to acknowledge that you're completely in the wrong. If anything, you're adding on to my negative experience with your lack of professionalism and lack of liability. My review is based on my honest experience with you and your partner, Daniel. As you know, I'm an entrepreneur. I understand that life happens and we can't always expect the unexpected. However, your response comes in a month late because of an unfavorable review, not due to the lack of customer service shown to me. Your business consists of two people. One of you should have felt obligated to reach out to me BEFORE Thanksgiving was in eyes view. I am not trying to ruin or put a permanent stain on your business. I truly hope you take my experience and critique of your business as a learning experience. I hope that the two of you can hold yourselves as well as each other accountable and to a higher standard when servicing future clients.
