We don't come to The Copper Chimney often because the service is TERRIBLE... It had been a while and my sons school was hosting a fund raiser at The Copper Chimney so we decided to give it another chance. We found that nothing has changed. The service is still incredibly TERRIBLE. I had to request dipping sause for my wings that were COLD once they finslly made it to the table, I had to also request silver ware to eat my salad & refills on my water and beer becaise we had been waiting so long to get our food. It was awful as usual, we will not return again. Don't waist your time going to The Copper Chimney there are plenty of other places toward Malabar that provide excellent service and better food.
