Here’s what happened: in July, I had to deliver an application to be sent to the comptrollers office and delivered back to me. There was a younger woman and I believe other worker was the owner. Keep in mind, I will say im not used to delivering packages; however, we were verbally communicating that I need it to come back to me. I asked if it could be sent to my location, but they informed me that it has to get sent back to connect shipping. I then state can they call me once it comes back to them. They said yes, your number is in your account info. Great! Didn’t hear back from them for a couple weeks. I call up at comptrollers to see if they received and signed my application. They did and said they sent it back to connect shipping. So, I call up connect shipping and they inform me they do not have the package. The owner, I believe, said I only paid for a one way shipping and I should’ve checked my receipt. Idk how someone mistakes a one way trip when I’ve reiterated I needed it to come back to me. Why would you call me to let me know the package will come back if you’re only charging me for a one way ticket. I call comptroller and they said even if it was a one way shipping, they would stamp it and send it back. the application is lost and I had to redo it. Will not return. Simple instructions but you try to blame it on me for not looking at receipt when you should know what your customer is ordering. I didn’t mumble. I reiterated it many times. Yes, I should’ve second guessed y’all and checked my receipt. Lesson learned.
