My desktop wouldn't turn on so left a message and Gene returned my call right away and came to pick it up within the hour. He is a complete gentleman and truly is an expert. He looked at it over the weekend and let me know it just needed a cleaning and wouldn't charge me. I wanted to pay for the evaluation but he is such a class act he refused. Gene dropped it by after also checking for other issues. I am so grateful to him for his honest expertise. We are new in the area and will always go to him for any issues that arise. Trust me Gene is the best computer guy ever!!!
