I'm know my way around computers. I work with a macbook pro and my brother has a dell pc. We each had unique problems with our computers, with my brother's computer no working at all. I tried everything to fix his computer. I also tried to get rid of malware that had infected my macbook pro. I was completely stumped. Cole at Computer Doctor was so wonderful, he solved the issues with both computers, and we were able to pick them up the same day. He is a wonderful guy. Never go to Geek Squad or anywhere else.
