Terrible they are coming after me for medical bill al bills refusing to show me the statement and probably , very condescending I'm concerned they are a scam they are charging more of the double of what I owe. Anyone has a solution??

I contacted this agency this AM. I didn't know it was a debt collections agency. I had two outstanding debts I was unaware of. I myself was undergoing breast cancer treatment. My experience of talking to the first person a male was so inappropriate, I asked to speak with his Supervisor at least she was professional. I am a Social Worker and these folks get paid a commission from the amount they collect. Be aware they have predatory skills. Just a note to let you know where they are coming from. Follow the money! My unaware debts are from 2011! Don't allow them to not treat you with dignity!!!
