I would give this place zero stars if it was an option! I ordered a shirt and was told I could pick it up one night, which then turned into the next morning because it wasnt ready yet and then when I went to go pick it up that morning nobody was there! I tried texting and calling the lady multiple times and never got a response! I did call the office and got a refund but was never given an explanation of what happened. Dont waist your time.

I would give this business 100 stars if I could. My experience has always been amazing. Ive never had a single complaint. Her customer service is top notch. If you need any custom items made for your business she is definitely the go to. For the past 2 years I have purchased my Fathers Day items from her as well and my dad loves them. The owner is very pleasant and even extended her hours once for me to pick up my items which was definitely going above and beyond the call of duty.
