Small, nice attentive staff, for a very Niche store. They have a bunch of kids toys, so there's little toddlers can be distracted while the parents shop for scrubs, or lab coats

Bait and switch. Staff went up from Salem to get pricing, went up the following week to place a large order. Order was written up with promo pricing and they would call office for credit card info. When they called and talked to a different staff member and changed the pricing. Several calls to the store failed to resolve the issue. We will not do business with these people again
