Rude and inconsiderate. Wont be going back. Went in to get two handkerchiefs embroidered with a single letter. Waited over 15 minutes for service. An unfriendly older woman finally came out, took my order but did not give me a quote or a timeline of when my order would be completed, just took my phone number and said theyd call. More than a week passed before they called to notify me my order was ready. When I went in to pick up my order the total was much more than expected, over $25 for two 1-inch single letter monograms. When I politely questioned this I was THEN informed that theres a $7/per item charge for items that arent already hanging in the store.

our school did spirit wear thru them. the shirt was advertised as a youth large 14-16 but is NOT! I was told on the phone it was a 6-8 youth size. no exchanges or refunds. they said to buy another shirt. now I have a shirt that is not useable and an unhappy kid. poor customer service. I would NOT recommend them for anything!
