Ordering from this company has been one awful experience and another. I made an order of about 20 items for our employees, they all had the same embroidery to go on them. I received the whole order incorrect 3 times, before finally receiving the correct order on the forth attempt. This took months! I am now waiting for the correct invoice (with a reduction) one month after receiving the correct order, but meanwhile receiving debt collection messages from the invoice sent with the first incorrect order. I can not express how unbelievably awful this company is. My customer experience was the worst I have ever received. I warn you do not order from this company!

I order 2 tunics only. The reason I ordered with them was because I needed it soon I was saying it was in stock. 3 weeks later a phone to see where was my order I it says was going to be delivered next week, then I received an email saying it would take 10 weeks! I phoned and cancelled the order and was told it would take 5 working days to be in my account. Two weeks later I emailed them and was told the refund was made talk to your bank!?!?!?? Emailed them back to ask for proof of refund and was told the was a error on the system and the refund will be made in 5-7 working days! Wich I saw the reviews before I made the order, NEVER again
One of the most awful employers I've ever had. Their offices are filthy, their infrastructure crumbling and this is definitely not a company I'd recommend to anyone who wants a good customer service experience. Working there was a constant struggle against conflicting demands that are passed onto the customer as poor quality of service. The only advantage this company has is scale, and even that isn't something I'd suggest works in their favour. You can write me off as a bitter ex employee (I'm sure some will) however if you want evidence of this, give their Thornbury office a visit and actually ask to visit the customer services team, you'll see it almost immediately, and no amount of editing of images and conceal the working conditions there.
