Unfortunately we were unable to help this customer resolve her issues. We are a NAPA Car Care Facility and offer a 24,000 mile 24 month nationwide warranty that she was unwilling to use. While we were working on an arrangement for a tow, she decided to leave this review. We were more than willing to re-examine and diagnose her car for free but she chose to go a different direction.

Ever since they changed the staff me and my relatives have had nothing but issues with them. Take a vehicle to get serviced or inspected that has no issues don't worry one will magically appear once it rolls into their shop. Also a relative was quoted for a part they said over 600 not including labor when another shop (not to far away) said it would be around 300 and that's parts and labor.

I think that this person meant the Cloverdale Market (convenience store) and not Cloverdale Auto Service. We have never had bathrooms. And this person has never been one of our customers.
