I ordered 4 hat's from them. Went to the store and gave the guy my design, and contact info. Never heard back from them. I called them back and got a machine at 2 30 on a Wednesday afternoon. Still nothing. They close at 5 and aren't open on Saturday. They suck !

My brother stopped by here in need of an embroidered design put onto a birthday present for his wife. They were able to quickly accommodate him even though the usual turnaround time is not the same day. They went above and beyond to help him and made his wife's birthday awesome, she was so touched by the custom gift. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend R&B Apparel. They were fantastic in providing prompt and quick service. Rich helped me find the perfect sweatshirt, in a unique color for my team member. He promised he would have a sample sweatshirt in a week's time, so I could feel the material before placing a bulk order, and had it delivered to me 3 days earlier than expected. He took his service a step further and showed me what it was going to look like with the company logo. Wonderful gentleman, and you really couldn't beat the price. Great service and quality. We will be sure to contact him again in the future.

Amy, was awesome to work with. They took a patch I had and matched colors and design perfectly. Had applied to a shirt and was ready earlier than expected. EVEN THOUGH HOLIDAY season. I was so happy they went beyond my expectations. I look forward to working with them again. JOANIE
