Customer service is non responsive. They wont answer their phones, live chats, or email. I emailed customer service 6 times in the since april 24th trying to change the address and eventually cancel my order number: 17478530 I have not been contacted at all by fox racing. I have been charged the $150 and will not be receiving my order because I provided the wrong address.
I place an order Friday the 1st , I paid extra for the 2 day shipping, and I haven't hurd oh gotten a email about my tracking order and is already been 4 business days. My friend order some stuff too and he got his in 3 days .
To start I try calling the store but no answers the phone. I drove to the store and the employees are not very friendly, and although the warehouse is right on the back they dont sell everything that they sell on-line so I drove out there for nothing. Have to pay shipping cost because they dont have everything. Oh well I guess the only good thing is you could check the quality on some of the products.
