Food has been good as well as coffee the few times Ive stopped in! I love supporting locally but seemed to me as if the owner had no time to stop for a second to be nice. I tried to tell her to keep the change.. more than once, and just completely ignored me. I left it anyways cause her employees deserve it but I probably wont go back

Thank you for leaving this review. We are sorry that you received the wrong order, however your behavior and actions inside our establishment were unacceptable. You immediately put us on the defensive with your hostile words. We attempt to make things right by offering a free cookie or coffee drink when we feel the wait is longer than expected or we mess up an order. Your interpretation of that gesture was completely off base. Orders get mixed up from time to time. We are not perfect. What you failed to mention is that you used profanity twice even going as far to tell a another customer waiting in the lobby to go f yourself or F off and proceeded to slam the door on your way out. For these reasons, you are no longer welcome.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Gave me wrong order twice, had to show them what I ordered since they cannot understand names. Humiliated in front of entire store for their mistake. Was told by owner "Do you want a cookie?" Why??? Because Im overweight???? No, I just want the CORRECT order. Also poor mask policy for people making food including owner...gross and unsanitary.

SO GOOD! I had the nitro with sweet cream (what I get from Starbucks) and tasted better than Starbucks!!! Their pepperoni rolls are amazing too. Cant wait to go back to try their sandwiches, I love that they use boar head meat!

The sandwiches were fine. They use Boars head meats so that part was nothing special. The staff was nice and the inside was interesting. We didn't get coffee but it seemed Iike more of a coffee shop that served sandwiches also.
