I have never been treated so rudely. My boyfriend, who is away in the military, tried to surprise me with flowers. Not only did they fail to deliver on THREE occasions (where I needed to be waiting at home..so much for surprises) but when I called to finally cancel the order, they were very short with me and actually HUNG UP on me when I told them I didn't want to give them my address because I didn't want another delivery attempt. After calling back, they told me my boyfriend had to cancel the order.
