Took my guitar in to reglue the bridge, they didnt remove the bridge to reglue it, they just stuck some glue under either end, and of course it came up again. I took it back, asked Chip to do it properly, they did the same thing to it and it pulled up again a couple days later. I finally took it to Dale's and he removed the bridge and glued it properly and its been absolutely fine for months now. Lesson learned. I take all my work to Dale now.

Let me tell u something, Chip is the most accommodating business man I've ever dealt with. I'm in his shop now (4th total visit ever) and every time I come in to get my guitar restrung he jumps on it immediately and takes full pride in what he does. He loves all things guitars and it shows in his work. Bring ur business this way. You'll be impressed.
