Their service has a lot of promise but their communications, content creation & management and level of detail has A LOT of room for improvement and growth. I just went on their website today, and a pop up browser of their NYE event popped up..... Ive had the unfortunate experience of signing up and paying for a class that was misleading and luckily they were understanding and gave me a refund. But I feel like they can do better with: - Clear descriptions of their classes - crystal clear communications for the entire customer journey - someone on their team who is dedicated on content refresh and communications The actual experience was lovely and food was great. They just need to leverage someone in the content, customer service and website spaces to up level their service and manage customer expectations. Id still totally buy into another experience once they troubleshoot. I mean...that NYE pop up still came up and we are halfway through January already....these days, you have to be ON POINT with your online content

Hello Chef Joe! I apologize for any confusion, we offer a variety of different experiences. The experience you purchased was our on demand risotto with only the dry/non-perishable items (jar of Balinese truffle salt, truffle carpaccio, and carnaroli rice with dry summer truffles) and did not include perishables (butter, parmesan, chicken stock, etc.), but a shopping a list of these items to have on hand when ready to prepare. We upload our on demand videos to our YouTube, but they are unlisted to the public unless you have the direct link that is provided on the recipe insert or through the landing page provided.

First experienced Truffle Shuffle through work event and really enjoyed the experience, so I decided to try one of their instructional video/dry & non-perishable ingredient options as a Christmas gift for a family member. When the ingredients arrived, I was a little disappointed that there were items on the recipe list not included, and only the truffles/truffle salt and rice was included. I was under the impression that I would be receiving ALL non-perishable ingredients for this recipe in portions like the class I took prior. Also, the video that was part of my order could be found for free on your YouTube channel which was also a little disappointing since I assumed access was provided only through placing an order. Overall a fun experience, but should really include more items/exclusive access for the price point.

We gifted our parents a truffle shuffle class for Christmas... they zoomed onto the class Jan 31 st and loved it. The food ingredient box came very well curated and designed with step by step instructions for the class. The class stated promptly and was wonderful... folks from all over the country doing truffle pasta together. Energetic class and group. After the class my parents so excited they ordered truffles for several of the family. Then my mom went on to use Jason's chicken wing recipe ( posted free ) for Super Bowl dinner for the grandchildren who live near them. A wonderful chef herself my mom had never made chicken wings, They were a hit ! What a great idea and certainly a great diversion during the pandemic... the pasta was great and my parents were delighted... looking forward to more..... Stephanie Schafer

Overall, the truffles did not have good taste. They seemed a bit dried out. Will use them almost immediately after receiving them. I just dont think the taste justified the cost.
