It was a great gym. Loved going there. Then the owner decided to continue charging us membership fees even though the gym is currently closed and has been closed since the quarantine started. Why am I paying for a facility that I cannot use at all for a minimum of two months or longer?

Hi Coco, I am sorry to hear you are having such a difficult time cancelling. We actually have the easiest cancellation policy in the fitness industry. All we ask is a simple email saying that - you would like to cancel. We then submit the cancellation request to our billing company and provide you with a confirmation within 24-48 hours. We got an email form your this afternoon (only email we've received from you) and I personally called you within 90 min of receiving your email to resolve this issue. The cancellation policy is clearly spelled out on the membership form. We also go over the cancellation and freezing procedures in great detail during each sign up. I personally signed you up and remember explaining those items to you along with giving you my business card with all the information. Rest assured your membership has been cancelled. Can't believe this many stars. Its obvious this are fake reviews. This place sucks the people suck the equipment suck and canceling suck too. I had to move and went in to cancel told me I had to do online. Wwwwwwhhhhheeeerrrreeeee? There is nowhere online, called them never answer. Still charging my card. Feel like I am just going to close my bank account just to stop them from robbing me for something I dont use. Its been 4 months since i moved and tried to cancel. 4 months of paying for something that I don't use. Like I said they suck this is robbery bad business. Now I'm going on every platform to right a review.

I have battled with obesity since I started having kids 17 years ago, and every time I went to work out at a gym I always felt so ashamed.. UNTIL I came here. I have never been to a gym that had staff who were so welcoming, inviting, and kind! I feel like a part of the fitness family when I come into the gym, because everyone says hello, asks me how Im doing , and if they see you working your tail off, they give you great feedback and encouragement. RItchie is super kind, Tami is not only an amazing trainer but she is also kind and cares about the people she works with. Every lady that works the desk is extremely personable and sweet! THE SHAKES ARE AH-MAY-ZING!!!!! Ive tried almost every single fitness/health shake there is in this town ... from every place That offers them.. and 1440 is the BEST. Even if I didnt have a membership Id try and come but a shake daily!! Ive been a member since January, but I have been going consistently for the last two months and I have nothing but great things to say! They definitely have something for everyone, from cable machines, free weights to fitness classes for every level!! The equipment is SUPER CLEAN and in immaculate condition! AND ... last but not least ... its SO much more affordable than other places around to add your family members/fiancé etc. If youre looking for a great place to get fit , or even stay that way .. with awesome people... a clean environment, and a welcoming and warm atmosphere, go give them a try!!!

Love this gym! Ive tried out others and this is my favorite by far. Well organized and clean environment. Great place to go before and after work. The staff is awesome and extremely helpful when needed. Highly recommended.

I am very sorry Lloyd. We have had a change in ownership and management since you left this review. I am sorry the previous general manager did not follow up or address the issue with you.
